Vince Neil Announces New Solo Shows That Might Affect Mötley Crüe Tour

Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil recently announced new solo gigs which will possibly coincide with Mötley Crüe‘s Stadium Tour.

After an unfortunate stage accident that cost him several broken ribs, Mötley Crüe’s Vince Neil recovered and got healthy enough to perform on the stage again. He recently got on stage for his first solo show of 2022 on January 14 at Hollywood Casino Colombus, Ohio. Although some of the fans had negative thoughts about Neil’s performance, others supported the musician as he has been trying to get in good shape to get ready for Mötley Crüe’s Stadium Tour.

After releasing their biography ‘The Dirt’ on Netflix in 2019, Mötley Crüe was known to have signed a contract stating they would no longer go on tours. However, they announced The Stadium Tour in 2020, which was later postponed to 2021 and 2022 due to the pandemic. After a long inactive period due to health concerns, Mötley Crüe is now planning to embark on their Stadium Tour in the summer of 2022.

However, as it turns out, Vince Neil has scheduled several solo performances, which will possibly affect Crüe’s Stadium Tour. According to the Red River Valley Fair’s Facebook post, Neil will be performing on July 16. However, Vince has also agreed to perform with Mötley Crüe one day before his Red River Valley Fair performance, on July 15, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the following day, on July 17, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Red River Valley Fair’s Facebook post read:

“Announcing another Grandstand act of the 2022 Red River Valley Fair… Vince Neil with special guests Great White and Vixen will be performing on Saturday, July 16! Tickets are $30 and will be on sale Friday, January 28 at 9 am at Red River Valley Fair’s website. Get ready for the 10 Best Days of Summer!”

Due to the news, fans are concerned whether the Stadium Tour will once again be postponed. When it takes place, the Stadium Tour will mark the Crüe’s first live performances since their 2014-2015 farewell tour. As the band rescheduled the tour twice before and is really eager to get back on the stage, they will probably not postpone the dates again. However, what Vince Neil plans to do about this issue remains unclear.
