Myles Kennedy Praises Lzzy Hale, ‘One Of The Greats’

In a recent interview with Listen Next!, Alter Bridge‘s Myles Kennedy shared his thoughts about hitting the road again with Halestorm and expressed his admiration for Lzzy Hale.

Alter Bridge’s latest album, ‘Walk The Sky,’ was their sixth studio album and dropped before the pandemic. During the pandemic, Myles Kennedy and Mark Tremonti started working on a follow-up album. Their forthcoming album ‘Pawns & Kings’ will be released on October 14, 2022.

The band announced an extensive European tour, covering 25 cities and 18 countries to support the release of their new album. They will start in Germany in November and end in England in December. Alter Bridge has decided to get together with Halestorm for the tour. The tour’s roster will be completed by Mammoth WVH, who will be the other supporting name for the upcoming tour.

Myles Kennedy stated he was over the moon to go on the road again with Halestorm to support Alter Bridge’s album release in October. He expressed that Alter Bridge and Halestorm have a long-standing relationship. Kennedy also shared that he believes that Lzzy Hale is one of the greats in the industry and that it has been amazing watching them evolve over the years.

“But I’m also super excited about going back out with Halestorm. We have a long history with them, and seeing their evolution has been excellent. Lzzy is one of the greats; it’s just been really amazing to watch all that unfold.”
