Hayley Williams Targets Adam Levine After His Controversial Statement About Rock Bands

Paramore singer Hayley Williams took her official Twitter account to share a new post and responded to the controversial statement of Maroon 5 vocalist Adam Levine.

As you may recall, Adam spoke in an interview with Apple Music and talked about the earlier days of the band. He mentioned that there were lots of bands when they released their debut album, but there’s no bands right now that makes him sad.

After a short period of time, Hayley decided to show her stance against this claim and said on Twitter that Adam thinks Paramore broke up and that’s why he made such a statement.

In this way, Hayley showed the way to criticize people without using harmful words and earned the respect of the community once again with her gentle personality. Also, this tweet got lots of interactions from over 180K followers.

Here is what Adam Levine said earlier:

“When the first Maroon 5 album came out, there were still other bands. I feel like there aren’t any bands anymore, you know? That’s the thing that makes me kind of sad, is that there were just bands. There’s no bands anymore, and I feel like they’re a dying breed.”
