Hayley Williams Says She’s Ready To Play Paramore Shows After Getting Covid Vaccine

Paramore founder, frontwoman, and songwriter, Hayley Williams, recently posted a photo on her Instagram stories and asked her fans to get vaccinated as soon as possible because she cannot wait to get back on stage with Paramore again.

Even though Hayley Williams achieved worldwide fame as the founder and lead vocalist of the new generation rock band Paramore, in 2020 she decided to also pursue a solo career. She turned to indie and alternative music and released her anticipated debut solo album Petals for Armor on May 8, 2020, and on February 5, 2021, she surprised her fans with her second album FLOWERS for VASES / descanos which was also well-received by both fans and critics.

However, the fact that Hayley started working so hard on her solo career led Paramore fans to speculate that the band is over and some of them even went as far as to blame her for everything. She had addressed these rumors through her Twitter account and had kindly asked people to ‘stop perpetuating the rumor that Paramore ever broke up.’

With her recent Instagram post, she definitely put her fans’ minds at ease in two ways. Firstly, most fans probably felt happy to see that Hayley got vaccinated and will be in a less vulnerable position against the virus now. Secondly, the fact that she encouraged her fans to get it too so that she can get on stage with Paramore once again, must have made millions of fans glad that she still feels so committed to the band.

Here’s what Hayley Williams said in her story:

“Vaxxed and glorious. Get yours, I wanna play Paramore shows again dammit. Bye for now.”
