Gene Simmons Explains Why He Doesn’t Have To Wear Mask In Public After The Criticizes About His NHL Game Appearance
KISS bassist Gene Simmons shared a post on his official Twitter page reacting to a fan who questioned why the iconic bassist decided to not wear a mask during a National Hockey League game, and apparently, the musician preferred to watch the game without a mask due to being previously vaccinated two Pfizer shots.
Despite the fact that the coronavirus outbreak has been around for more than a year, the world still cannot decide certainly about what totally works as a protection to the coronavirus pandemic. While most health organizations recommend wearing a mask after even getting the vaccines, some claim to have %100 protection after the vaccines therefore masks no longer needed while being in public.
As some of you might remember, Gene Simmons shared a post on his official Twitter page on March 19, revealing that he got his second coronavirus vaccine. The legendary musician stated that he felt no after-affect and advised his fans to get the vaccine in order to protect others including themselves.

“Just got our 2nd vaccine shots. Feeling no after effect. Please take the vaccine, to protect others and yourself. And ignore conspiracy lunatics. The Earth is not flat. The Earth is actually round.”
The KISS bassist recently showed up in an NHL game which is quite expected of him since he is a big-time hockey fan, however, a fan recently found something to criticize about Gene Simmons’ appearance during the game. Apparently, that fan was bothered by the fact that Simmons wasn’t wearing a mask during a public gathering and shared a post on Twitter only to delete after being recognized by the musician himself.
After seeing that he was going to receive major backlash from his fans who weren’t aware of the fact that he’s now fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, Gene Simmons shared a post on his official Twitter page stressing the fact that he doesn’t need to wear a mask, unlike others who aren’t vaccinated.

“No. Don’t need a mask, if you’ve gotten 2 Pfizer vaccine shots. And I did, wise guy.”
After proving his point, Gene Simmons also unapologetically shared a picture from the game on his Twitter account, revealing the time when he wasn’t wearing a mask during the game while rooting for Vegas Golden Knights, surrounded by a few other people without a mask.
