Bruce Springsteen Announces That E Street Band Will Hit The Road

E Street Band founder Bruce Springsteen revealed that the band will go back to the stage with their upcoming tour in 2022 and talked about their fans’ expectations from the shows in his recent interview for the Between the Lines event.

As you may recall, E Street Band guitarist Steve Van Zandt founded a non-profit foundation named TeachRock that consists of a standards-aligned arts integration curriculum to help the kids learn with the help of music. Many teachers have combined school topics with popular music and culture to draw their students’ attention to the lessons.

Therefore as support for Van Zandt’s foundation, his bandmates Bruce Springsteen, Jon Stewart, Richie Sambora, and many more joined the Between the Lines event in Asbury Park on October 17. The event was focused on the guitarist’s charity project and his new autobiography entitled ‘Unrequited Infatuations: A Memoir.’

However, Bruce Springsteen didn’t forget to give some good and exciting news to their fans, who have been excitedly waiting to hear the band’s future plans. He announced that they will hit the road as a part of their new tour in 2022 after five years of a break. Also, Springsteen guaranteed that everyone will witness the band at its peak when they watch their performance.

In Springsteen’s words, he said:

“We’ll be out there in the world again next year, I hope, and I guarantee: if you bring your children and younger brothers and sisters or grandma for that matter, they’re going to see the band at its peak.”

Consequently, it may be assumed that Springsteen’s announcement about their upcoming tour made their fans very happy, but he didn’t share any further details about the tour dates, stops, and setlist. Thus the band will probably reveal them with an official statement soon.
